Unlimited Remote Support
All employees can create as many IT request tickets as they like. If I can’t resolve it remotely, I’ll be onsite at no cost to you.

Anti-Virus is installed and managed on Computer and Severs.
Email Security applied and monitored
Backup and Disaster Recovery
Managed backup service and critical data/email
Office IT Infrastructure Management
ISP, Router, Firewall, Switches, Access Points, Printers are all managed and kept up to date
Pricing and Contract
All Managed Service price is "Per User Per Month" OR "Per Device Per Month", if needed.
Contract is Month-to-Month. You can cancel anytime.

IT Break Fix
All break-fix services are billed by the hour, with a minimum charge of one hour.
Regular Business Hours
Mon - Fri: 8AM - 5PM CST

Remote Support - $100/hr
Onsite Support - $150/hr
After Hours/Emergencies

Anytime outside regular business hours, including weekends
