How coverage works

Three ways your office gets looked after, wherever it is

Remote first, within minutes

Slow computers, email trouble, a printer that vanished, a user locked out: a technician connects and fixes it while you watch. This is most of IT support, and it works the same in Frisco, Fort Worth or Austin. My team handles the routine monitoring and updates behind me.

Onsite when the job needs hands

Hardware swaps, new desks, network gear, a walkthrough before a quote. Visits are scheduled, not promised to the minute, across the four counties above. On a managed plan they are included when remote cannot fix it.

Projects anywhere in the metroplex

Cabling for a build-out, a weekend office move, a second location: these are planned, quoted in writing after a walkthrough, and I am there on the day. The building's address decides the schedule, not whether I cover it.

Questions

Service area questions, answered plainly

Which areas do you cover onsite?

The Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex: Dallas, Collin, Denton and Tarrant counties, with Denton the farthest north and Fort Worth the farthest west I go in person. Cross River Tech is based in Dallas, TX 75215. If your office is inside the metroplex and not on the list, call; the list is where I already work, not a boundary.

How does support work if you are not in my city?

Most of it never depends on where anyone is sitting. Day-to-day support is remote: a technician connects to the affected computer or the network, and most problems are fixed the same day. Onsite visits are scheduled for the things that need hands, such as hardware, cabling, new desks and walkthroughs. Whichever city you are in, you deal with me, and my team handles the routine monitoring and updates behind me.

How quickly can someone be onsite?

Onsite visits are by appointment, and I would rather give you an honest window than a promise. Remote work on your problem starts as soon as you call, which is what fixes most issues anyway. On a managed plan, onsite visits are included at no extra charge when remote cannot fix something.

Do you support businesses outside Dallas–Fort Worth?

Yes, remotely, anywhere in Texas. Small businesses in Austin, Houston, San Antonio and smaller towns get the same remote support, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration, security and backup as a Dallas office. Onsite work outside the metroplex is arranged per project, mainly for cabling and office moves.

Can you support an office in one city and a second office in another?

Yes. Two offices in Plano and Fort Worth, or Dallas and a remote team elsewhere in Texas, are one client with one plan. The network, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, backups and support are set up the same way in both, so staff can work from either office and support does not care which building called.

Will I deal with you or with whoever is available?

With me. I am the owner, I answer the phone, I plan the work and I come onsite myself. My team works from the same documentation I keep on your office, so routine requests keep moving when I am at another site, and nobody ever asks you to explain your setup twice.

Wherever your office is, the call goes to the same person.

Tell me the city and the problem. I will say what I can do remotely today and when I can be onsite.
